What's going on......
The United Negro College Fund slogan says "The mind is a terrible thing to waste."
The Alabama Department of Mental Health serves more than 200,000 Alabama citizens with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. While the Department of Mental Health serves this number of people, facilities to house them in Mobile County are limited. Funding is a major issue. Yet! the need is critical. What are we going to do. What are your thoughts?
